Everyone's prone to having one of those lazy days — you know, the one where you really aren't in the mood to wear anything other than your trusty, ultra-cozy sweatpants because throwing on anything else just seems like way too much work. Luckily, as years have gone by, homey loungewear has slowly but surely cemented itself as a slightly more appropriate out-of-the-house essential — but there a few styling tricks to keep in mind if you want to rock your sweats on the streets. With that, draw your full attention to Gigi Hadid's tie-dye sweatsuit look, which serves up a lesson on elevating loungewear (minimal effort required).

After a busy Sept., it's only fitting that Hadid has been taking it a bit slower going into Oct. The model walked in shows all over the world during fashion month, but now she's officially back in her home base of New York City for the time being — and she's already succeeded at going back to her city-cool style roots.

On Oct. 9, the model, along with her mom Yolanda Hadid, were photographed arriving at Color Me Mine for the kickoff of Bella Hadid's birthday celebrations. It seems the 24-year-old was feeling the painting theme, as she opted for a colorful set that was splashed in a blue-and-yellow tie-dye print. Yep, this controversial summer 2019 pattern trend is still here for fall, especially if Hadid has anything to do with it.

Hadid's coordinating set is from Wesley. The bottoms, dubbed the Classic Sweatpants, have all the makings of your new favorite sweats: They're crafted from an ultra-soft cotton-blend fabric, have a slightly oversized fit, and feature an elasticized band at the waist and ankles for comfort.

Combine a tried-and-true fit with a fun blue-and-yellow spatter pattern, and it's easy to see why they're flying off the shelves. (Of course, the fact that Hadid owns them has helped increase sales, too).

The oversized hoodie, also from Wesley, has drop shoulders, a practical kangaroo pocket, and comes in the same tie-dye print. You can wear it with the matching bottoms or with jeans, but Hadid is clearly in favor of the latter. In other words, no amount of tie-dye is too much.

Now comes the outfit finale (aka, exactly how Hadid made this already chic sweatsuit even chicer). The answer? All the additions, which included a white button-down from Australian-based Aje that she threw over the hoodie, stacks of gold necklaces, tube hoop earrings, and chunky white sneakers. The white sunglasses and Prada bag helped, as well.

So, next time you want to rock sweats for something other than a grocery store run, make like Hadid and get creative with your accoutrements. Picking an elevated sweatsuit is key, too. Shop The Zoe Report's favorites, including Hadid's tie-dye set, below.
