Following their action-packed month of wedding festivities in India, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have jetted off to Switzerland for a romantic (and athletic) honeymoon. The newlyweds rang in the new year on the slopes of the Swiss Alps. And of course, Priyanka Chopra's fashionable ski outfit was the chicest snowsuit you've ever seen.
It isn't too often you see this fashion-forward bride in athletic gear, but her extravagant holiday in the mountains simply required it. Nonetheless, she refused to compromise her stylish reputation with bulky, obsolete ski wear. Rather, Chopra strapped her boots on over the most trend-forward floral suit.
The Bollywood actor has been flooding her Instagram with selfies sporting goggles and photos of the couple participating in a bit of après ski with friends and family. In true Chopra style, she has been battling the cold temps with fur coats and pom-clad beanies, all in white like her stunning bachelorette looks. She did, however, opt for a more colorful look to wear up the mountain.
The 36-year-old wore a matching red rose-print set by Moncler, one of the masterminds behind those down maxi dresses you've been seeing everywhere. The Italy-based brand has brought couture to technical outerwear — just take a look at Chopra's floral ski suit.
Leave it to this trendsetter to turn a ski slope into a catwalk. The former Miss World wore a puffy quilted jacket with a super-high collar over a pair of matching overall-style ski pants. Unlike other bulky, boot-cut ski pants, these bottoms feature a stirrup foot perfect for tucking into shoes.
Chopra posted a photo posing with sister-in-law Sophie Turner wearing the botanical suit with a sleek turtleneck and a black beanie with twin poms.
Apparently, going skiing is no longer synonymous with looking like a marshmallow. Brands like Perfect Moment, Cordova, and even Fendi are all about keeping you stylish while you shred powder (or while you indulge in the shotski, if that's more your thing).
Ahead, four of The Zoe Report's favorite fashionable ski outfits inspired by Priyanka Chopra's mountain style, as well as the one she wore.
