Hailey Baldwin Added The Coziest Pants To Her Off-Duty Lineup
Who knew terry cotton could be such a fashion statement? That's exactly what Hailey Baldwin's yellow sweatpants are. The 22-year-old sure does know how to make an oversized concert tee and joggers look fashionable.
Baldwin didn't get all dolled up to go shopping in Los Angeles on Thurs. Instead, she wore an extra-large, old-school Snoop Dogg t-shirt tucked into the front of her lemon-colored sweatpants. The cozy drawstring pants are by Los Angeles-based Cotton Citizen, a brand that provides luxury casualwear with a heritage flair.
The straight-leg joggers are a cheery "vintage jackfruit" hue. Baldwin rolled up the elastic ankles to make room for her beloved Chloé high-top sneakers. Lately the model has traded in her signature Adidas for these crisp white designer tennis shoes — Chloé's Sonnie sneaker. She wore them out with a shearling coat and mom jeans just a week before. This time, they put the finishing touch on her '90s look.
The fresh-faced newlywed kept her look low-key, pulling her recently-chopped hair into a scrunchie-clad half updo and sporting little silver hoop earrings and a dainty bracelet as her only accessories.
Yellow is quite the unexpected shade for winter, but Baldwin pulled it off effortlessly with her perfectly casual ensemble.
Perhaps it's that warm-and-fuzzy holiday feeling that's prompting celebrities to wear their pajamas — or elevated versions of them, at least — around town. Jennifer Lopez wore a monochromatic cashmere sweatsuit during a shopping trip in Beverly Hills on the same day.
You don't have to be a celebrity to wear your sweatpants out of the house, either. Sweats have certainly become the coolest way to sport athleisure in the wintertime. Baldwin's yellow sweatpants will keep you warm, comfortable, and stylish on your days off.
Pair them with sleek sneakers like Baldwin's or a pair of easy slip-ons. Go monochromatic with a matching top or layer up with a long wool coat. Get cozy with The Zoe Report's favorite yellow sweats, ahead.
