On Tues., Elle Fanning celebrated her milestone 21st birthday in not one but two stunning ensembles. The actor kicked off the day by sipping on champagne in a pretty mint-green suit. Then, for the evening, Fanning swapped the set for a floral-print mini dress that was springtime perfection. Prepare yourself: This is one frock you won't be able to pass up.

On Tues. evening, Fanning was photographed leaving celeb-favorite restaurant, Craig's, in an outfit that was right in line with her vintage aesthetic. The Teen Spirit actor frequently dons feminine, '70s-esque pieces with a twist, and that's exactly what her birthday look was all about.
Fanning wore a swingy, floral-print mini dress from For Love & Lemons' Spring 2019 collection. The silky frock landed above the knees and featured some of the most eye-catching (and on-trend) detailing you'll ever lay your eyes on, including iridescent sequin hearts embroidered throughout and a pearlescent, heart-shaped buckle that hit on 2019's most popular jewelry trend in the sweetest way.
