The 72nd Annual Cannes Film Festival is in full swing, which means just about every celebrity and model has touched down in the French Riviera to attend the elegant 10-day affair. Among those is Alessandra Ambrosio, who, in the few short days since the festival officially kicked off, has already proven herself to be one to watch, serving up one covetable look after another. But there's a particular fashion moment that deserves extra mention — and it has to do with the sparkly wrap dress Ambrosio was just seen wearing.
The former Victoria's Secret Angel has mastered the art of quick wardrobe changes, dishing out not one but three totally different looks in the span of 24 hours on Weds. Ambrosio started the day in a summery white Jacquemus mini dress, swapping the more casual staple for a glittery red number to attend the screening of Les Miserables.
The final outfit change came a few hours later, when she stepped out wearing a glittery mini wrap dress from celeb-favorite brand, Retrofête— a label that's known to churn out glamorous, vintage-leaning party dresses that could easily be plucked straight from the '70s.
Ambrosio's peach chiffon pick is covered in sequins and features billowy sleeves and a velvet wrap belt. It's disco-inspired in the best way, and though it's certainly party-approved, you can effortlessly work it into your daytime uniform, too.
It's worth noting Ambrosio isn't the first celeb to wear this particular robe-style dress, which is currently available in seven different colors. Jennifer Lopez rocked the emerald-green version during her 49th birthday bash, while Olivia Culpo packed the fuchsia iteration for a summer trip to Spain last year.
Other fans include Blake Lively, who debuted her baby bump in a yellow Retrofête dress, Michelle Obama, and Taylor Swift, but that list is certain to grow as more catch wind of the brand's exuberantly luxe creations.
