How To Wear Pink This Fall (Even If You Hate Pink)

Share

It's officially fall and a new color is making its way to the forefront of the fashion industry. Unlike its soft, understated predecessor, millennial pink has been replaced by an uber-bright, fluorescent hue — and the celebrity set is already obsessed with it. If you're trying to figure out how to wear pink this fall, the likes of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Kim Kardashian are about to show you.

Although fall is usually associated with deeper, rich hues (think: black, burgundy, and olive), pink is the unexpected bright color you're about to see everywhere this season. But, if wearing color isn't exactly your thing, there's good news: Highlighter pink is surprisingly easy to style. While the boldest will opt for all-pink getups à la Kardashian, there are plenty of easy ways to incorporate the color into your wardrobe subtly.

Ahead, The Zoe Report walks through the ultimate pink-outfit inspiration, as demonstrated by Kim Kardashian, Alessandra Ambrosio, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Elle Fanning. Bonus: We also scouted out the very best pink pieces on the market right now (all of which you'll want to add to your cart immediately).

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian was spotted out and about in New York City on Sept. 29 wearing the brightest-pink ensemble. Along with her neon-pink jacket and her equally intense leggings, Kardashian took the overall brightness down a few notches by paring her monochromatic outfit with chunky sneakers by Yeezy 700.

Alessandra Ambrosio

Alessandra Ambrosio hit the streets of Italy before attending a Milan Fashion Week show on Sept. 21. The supermodel pulled off fall's must-have shade in the form of a fuchsia wrap skirt by Dundas. To lower the intensity of the in-your-face color, she paired the skirt with a white tank top and a pair of block-heel white booties by Vagabond Shoemakers.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

When Rosie Huntington-Whiteley attended Versace's Spring 2019 show during Milan Fashion Week on Sept. 21, she took cues from the brand's menswear collection. The actor was spotted wearing Versace's modern twist on a classic, tailored blazer and trousers.

Elle Fanning

Elle Fanning made her way through LAX on Sept. 28 wearing a comfortable and casual white button-up blouse and jeans . While her outfit was the epitome of understated chic, the actor added a pop of color with a fuchsia duffle bag for the prettiest — and brightest — travel companion.
