In the midst of posting sweet messages on her Instagram and arranging flower deliveries in celebration of sister Bella Hadid's twenty-third birthday on Oct. 10, Gigi Hadid had a chance to get glammed up in a seriously shimmery makeup look that's too good not to copy. It was all about her eyes, with an incredibly on-trend dose of sparkle by way of multidimensional shadow that shifted and shone no matter the angle.
Created and subsequently posted on social media by celebrity makeup artist Patrick Ta, the ultra-sparkly eye look is high-impact, but not overly done. It looks to start simply enough with a warm orangey-brown — of-the-moment terracotta, in fact — blended on her top lid and extended out to below her brow bone, with some subtle smoky liner smudged into the top and bottom lash line.
Ta took the look up a notch with a vibrantly iridescent shadow swept from her inner corners to the center of her lids. The unique and unexpected color is simultaneously golden, green, and peach, with a dazzling, high-shine finish that looks almost glossy or wet. A quick coat of mascara has Gigi's eyes looking wide awake and ready to step out on the town.
The kaleidoscopic eye was balanced with a healthy flush of peachy-bronze blush on the cheeks, a soft satiny nude lip, and subtly strobed highlight for a lit-from-within appearance that the top model wears especially well. Her honey blonde hair was done in loose, tousled, natural-looking waves by celebrity hairstylist Danielle Priano to keep the whole beauty look effortlessly glamorous.
Based on Bella's Instagram story, it seems like Gigi donned the look as she headed out to her sister's birthday celebrations — and no wonder, considering it's an ideal vibe for any festive occasion.
