The 77th annual Golden Globe Awards have now come and gone, but the celebrity looks live on. And, one frock that still has everyone reeling is Dakota Fanning's Golden Globes dress. The actor glided down the red carpet in a breathtaking ethereal gown that, took 300 hours to complete. And while the arrivals on the red carpet are often over before they even start, it's certainly not uncommon for a celebrities' ensemble to be admired even decades later (— which makes sense, considering just how much time and effort goes into each design). A prime example, Fanning's Dior Haute Couture gown by Maria Grazia Chiuri was crafted by three people and required a total of 20 yards of fabric.

Featuring several different weights of beautiful lilac tulle, a sweetheart neckline, and pronounced puff-shoulder sleeves, the actress' floor-sweeping gown was about as romantic as it gets. Her elegant look was made complete with the addition of a sparkling Rose Dior necklace and Dior Joaillerie rings by Victoire de Castellane.

It was the dress' voluminous sleeves that really stood out though, and Fanning wasn't the only star spotted wearing this trend for one of the biggest nights in Hollywood. It was also seen on Beyoncé, Cate Blanchett, Gwyneth Paltrow, Olivia Colman, Jodie Comer, Kaitlyn Dever, and more A-listers — which means, there's a very good chance more big sleeves are to come this awards season.

The presenter's beauty look was simple and effortless, which allowed for the attention to remain on her dress. Wearing her hair down and parted at the center, Fanning's loose curls cascading down her back. Meanwhile, her makeup was kept fresh and radiant with hues that played off the pastel shade of her dress as well as her baby-pink nail polish.

Fanning wasn't the only celebrity to look stunning in Dior for the event. Golden Globe nominee, Jennifer Aniston, walked the red carpet in a black Dior Haute Couture wool dress, while other A-list names like Charlize Theron, Meryl Streep, and Helen Mirren were also all wearing custom Dior for the evening.

With more major award shows still to come, you'll have to wait and see what stars wear the design house next. But, if the Golden Globes were any indication, Dior is serving up some very memorable moments this season.
