After a long day at work, the last thing you want to do is slave over a hot stove. But subsisting on microwave meals, take-out and PB&J isn’t exactly ideal, either. So we turned to Trader Joe’s, our favorite inexpensive and convenient grocery store, for eight mouthwatering dinner recipes that require hardly any time or effort.
