Intentional Apparel And Travel Tools That Support Mindfulness
Aurenda: Where Intention, Movement, and Mindfulness Become a Way of Life

Wellness culture isn’t just about attending studios, wellness centers, luxury spas, and retreats, but also about finding intentional tools that help with an individual’s development. For many, their personal wellness journey is an important part of their daily lives, and they seek to implement habits that encourage personal growth.
Aurenda is an apparel and travel essentials brand that was inspired by the lived experience of the founder, Julie Feldman, and the products are designed to encourage mindfulness and conscious living. The products aren’t created just to be fashionable, but as tools to embody change both at home and while traveling.
“Aurenda is a tool. It acts as a reminder and a motivator in our personal journeys towards self-worth and living our best lives,” says a spokesperson.
A Life Rooted In Mind-Body Practice
With over two decades in health and wellness, Feldman has a deep understanding of the community she is committed to helping through Aurenda. She is a trained fitness and health trainer as well as a certified pilates and yoga instructor. Feldman believes in integrating the mind, body, and spirit in both personal and professional practice and holds Reiki certification.
The inspiration for Aurenda came to her during a yoga class. As Feldman explains it, exercise has always been a doorway for her.
“As we exhale, we have the opportunity and the mental space to release thoughts, stories, and patterns that are no longer working for us. But in that release, what are we replacing those thoughts with? By setting intentions, we set up our neural pathways to make new connections, new narratives, and new stories,” she says.
Feldman drew on her experiences and education to create Aurenda. Neuroscience, meditation, and energy work form the foundation of the brand. Aurenda is part of Feldman’s goal to build a community dedicated to empowering others through meaningful change.
The Power of Intention, Movement, and Neuroscience
Individuals often use breathwork for a mental reset. Breathing regulates the nervous system by affecting the autonomic nervous system (ANS). This is the system that controls the stress response and involuntary functions such as blood pressure and heart rate. By taking controlled breaths and intentionally exhaling, the vagus nerve is stimulated. This nerve connects the brain to the heart, lungs, and digestive system. Breathwork helps create a sense of calm and can open the mind up to new perspectives.
Feldman believes the brain’s neural pathways can be reset through repetition of affirmations and intentions, and that patterns established in the brain through repetitive negative thoughts can be overridden with new patterns, thereby shifting a person’s mindset.
Aurenda helps support and strengthen positive mental patterns with physical cues that become a part of a person’s daily life. The apparel and travel essentials are visual reminders of mindful change and empowerment. The words and design elements of each product are designed to improve self-worth and personal wellness.
Thoughtful Design and Symbolism
The Aurenda product line has been thoughtfully and intentionally designed down to the smallest detail. The fabric, color, word, and placement of each element have a purpose. The designs are selected for “a higher frequency, integration, and embodiment.” All the fabrics have been carefully sourced. The logo for Aurenda was inspired by the geometric symbol that means “oneness.” Whether the product is a travel towel, hoodie, sweatshirt, or waterbottle, each has been personally curated by Feldman to enhance the user's wellness journey.
“I believe that when each of us embodies our self-worth and unique essence, we not only help others embody their gifts, but the world becomes lighter and more united,” says Feldman.
