Don't you think it's time to give those jeans a break? You won't be needing them much anyway because this season's it-formula has no use for denim. Rather, leopard skirts are the spring must-have and Laura Harrier just proved they're a surprisingly good match for your graphic tees.

On Weds., the BlacKkKlansman actor was spotted mid-shopping trip at West Hollywood's famous luxury fashion haven, Melrose Place. No doubt she's prepping her wardrobe for warmer weather just like the rest of us. Harrier's outfit, however, shows she's already ahead of the game.

You might recognize Harrier's leopard-print midi skirt from your Instagram feed last year (and if you beat the seemingly never-ending waitlist, there's a chance it's already hanging in your closet). The $180 Naomi from Réalisation Par had a major moment in 2018 and, according to Harrier, it isn't going anywhere.

It's designed with the iconic '90s slip skirt in mind and with a classic animal print (though it comes in pretty floral, too), hitting just below the knee. Harrier tucked a white graphic tee into hers and paired the outfit with chunky Nike sneakers for the perfect edgy-casual look. The actor completed the outfit with a little green-striped woven micro bag.

Graphic tees and printed midis are the punk-chic outfit formula everyone will be wearing this spring. Equal parts edgy and feminine, it's the fail-proof combo for all your casual days. Emma Watson, Kate Hudson, and Miley Cyrus have already sported the trend and now Harrier has given it her stamp of approval.

As for the leopard spots, they're a safe bet you know will never go out of style. So, tuck your favorite oversized band tee into it or wear it with a pinstriped button-down for a more dressed-up look.

Ahead, a few pieces to help you recreate Harrier's outfit.
