Fendi's leather cowboy boots have accumulated a cult following, including trendsetters like Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, and now Priyanka Chopra. Although they might not be considered the easiest shoes to pull off, Western-inspired footwear is the emerging trend of the season. Leave it to Chopra's latest ensemble to show you how to style cowboy boots this fall.

The actor looked effortlessly stylish in an unexpected outfit at LAX on Tues. afternoon. She tucked a white button-up blouse into baby-blue workwear-inspired cargo pants and a gray coat. The pants are high waisted and feature edgy black buckles on the belt and cuffs, which she tucked loosely into a pair of white-embossed croc cowboy boots.

The $1,190 cult-classic boots have a two-tone wooden heel and traditional pull tabs on the sides. Gigi Hadid debuted the boots on the runway during Milan Fall 2018 Fashion Week, then worked them into her off-duty wardrobe by pairing them with an elegant neutral off-the-shoulder dress in Feb.

More recently, Kendall Jenner wore the boots in a bright-blue hue to Fendi's Spring presentation in Milan in Sept. The model went a more risky route by pairing her colorful footwear with black cut-off shorts and an oversized menswear-inspired blazer. But don't be afraid: Chopra's formula is much easier to recreate.

Get The Look

Per usual, the 36-year-old's look was sophisticated with an edgy twist. Her outfit was bold without being too risky. Chopra balanced neutral tones with a pop of color in the pants and paired elegant pieces (a blouse and cozy wool coat) on top. There's no denying that cowboy boots are going to be everywhere this season, and white is a safe-but-stylish color choice to try out the trend yourself. Chopra's white boots are the perfect middle ground between traditional Daisy Duke-inspired styles and Jenner's super-bold baby blues.

To copy the look, start by tucking a pair of wide-leg trousers — your favorite denim or on-trend plaid or corduroy — into white cowboy boots and finish off the look with a sophisticated blouse like Chopra's. On cool days, a long wool coat will not only keep you warm, but will also help draw attention from the bold boot choice. For a subtler look, leave a pair of cropped wide-leg trousers untucked, letting the boots peak out from underneath instead of putting them on full display à la Chopra.
