With her ultra-toned abs and mile-long legs, Bella Hadid truly is a sight for sore eyes. After all, she’s a Victoria’s Secret supermodel and has graced many a fashion editorial, so it should be no surprise to learn that her exercise regimen involves a tad more than just a 20-minute run on the treadmill and a number of squats. But if there’s one thing we share in common with the 20-year-old style icon, it’s that we’re not exactly the biggest fan of hitting the gym in the first place.
“I wouldn’t say I get out of bed and I’m like, ‘I’m going to go work out!'” she says. “But when I get to the gym—rock and roll.” As for what “rock and roll” means to her, Bella adds, “When I work out, I love to work out. I train and I work out hard for two hours.”
But even this fitness machine admits there’s one form of exercise she forgoes when hitting the gym: “I don’t like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming and it’s amazing, but if I’m going to go for it, I’m going to go hard.” So there you have it, and to each their own—with that unbelievably fit physique, it doesn’t look like she needs the added routine.
