Warm-Weather Leather: You Can Do It

Though we might be tempted to live solely in breezy cotton separates all season long, there are occasions in which a little extra va-va-voom is required. Before you balk at the thought of wearing leather during the spring and summer months, know that there are ways to pull off the look year-round (moto jacket lovers, rejoice). The key is incorporating crisp whites into the mix to keep the look fresh, or opting for pieces with delicate embellishments such as lace to add an air of romance to an otherwise moody fabric. With Miranda Kerr and Selena Gomez as your muses (seen here at Louis Vuitton’s Cruise show in Palm Springs, where the temperature reached the mid-80s), they prove it’s not only possible to rock warm-weather leather, but also look like total smokeshows while doing so.
