How To Travel Like Coco Rocha

WireImage

When it comes to Coco Rocha, the term “supermodel” doesn’t quite cover it. Yes, she’s strutted the runways for the likes of Stella McCartney, Valentino and Dior, graced the covers of big-name glossies and appeared on the small screen more times than we can count, but it’s also her work as a role model that deserves praise. Rocha has used her fame to shine a light on a slew of humanitarian issues via The Model Alliance, the Sinhoa Foundation and LakayPam, not to mention her outspokenness regarding the unrealistic standards of beauty within the fashion industry.

Most recently Rocha has taken her role as “the queen of pose” to new heights by modeling 1,000 poses in 3 days for star photographer Steven Sebring. The resulting tome, Study of Pose: 1,000 Poses by Coco Rocha, is an encyclopedia of black-and-white photographs intended to serve as an ode to the human form and a guide for budding models. To spread the word about its release, Rocha has embarked on an international book tour of epic proportions: Hong Kong, Toronoto, Shanghai and Vancouver are just a few of her recent stops. Want to know how the iconic model, activist and mom-to-be keeps her cool while on the go? We’ve got her list of travel essentials right here!
