I Love Lucite

Aside from watching an array of striking silhouettes come down the runway, the next most enchanting part of a fashion show is: the footwear! During Fendi’s S/S 2010 show—a flock of the most beautiful, effortless looks imaginable—my eyes continuously landed on today’s suede lace-up Lucite sandals!

Yet another marvelous example that Karl Lagerfeld is a god among men, these blush-hued, stacked heels speak volumes. Their transparent base—one of my favorite comebacks this season—gives off a futuristic-cool vibe that leaves the wearer with endless possibilities for finishing off a look. My instinct? Try pairing them with a utilitarian jacket, nude skirt and a few bright accessories. Switch it up according to your mood…see-through goes with everything. 😉 xoRZ
