PSA: Tina Fey Is Serving Cheese Fries In NYC Right Now For Mean Girls Day

by Erin Bunch

Mean Girls Day (aka, today) may seem like a silly thing to celebrate in light of all that’s going on in the world, but in our minds, we could all use a little levity right now. Comic genius Tina Fey is providing just that by serving cheese fries out of a hot pink food truck in New York City to celebrate the launch of ticket sales for Mean Girls, the musical. Fey wrote the new show, which we will be booking flights in order to see this coming spring. If we could get there fast enough, we’d be en route right now just to snap a photo of our ultimate in #GirlBossGoals serving a dish Liz Lemon would proudly consume. Instead, we’ll have to live vicariously through those that are there—see photos below for evidence that there is still good in the world (and that it is, predictably, smothered in cheese).
