The Surprising Talent Princess Charlotte Inherited From Princess Diana
The royal family boasts quite the number of unexpected talents, from Prince William’s mastery of polo to Kate Middleton’s photographic prowess. Naturally, this flair for extracurriculars was passed down to daughter Charlotte, as we now learn the young princess inherited a charming hobby from her late grandmother, Princess Diana. According to the Duchess of Cambridge, the two-year-old fancies the art of dance—so much, in fact, that she’s currently taking lessons. As a child, Diana was trained in ballet, jazz, tap and modern. “She loved dancing; she was a fantastic dancer,” the Duke of Cambridge shared about his mother. “We’ve been going through her music collection recently, and there’s some quite eclectic stuff in there. She was elated by the skill.” No word yet on what type of dance has enthralled the little princess, but it’s certainly not the first time a royal has channeled Di.
