If there’s any entity that understands wealth better than Gordon Gekko, it’s Forbes. The business magazine is the top resource for reporting on the cream of the crop in money and power—so if you find yourself on any of its lists, chances are you’re kind of a big deal. That’s exactly what happened to Kylie Jenner, who took to Twitter when she woke up this morning and found out she is the youngest celebrity to make the Forbes Celebrity 100, a compilation of the highest-earning A-listers on the planet.
The 19-year-old placed 59th, earning a whopping $41 million in the last year alone through her beauty empire, social media endorsements, apps and everyone’s favorite guilty-pleasure watch, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She even managed to beat the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears and Katy Perry—but, unsurprisingly, not half-sister Kim Kardashian, who raked in a slightly higher $45.5 million. Still, it’s a truly impressive feat for a teenager: And if becoming daughter to momager Kris is the secret to this lofty success, we’d like to be adopted into the KarJenner clan too, please.
