Now the Duchess of Cambridge has received the seal of approval from the Royal Photographic Society itself, commending her with an honorary lifetime membership for her “talent and enthusiasm.” Breaking from tradition, Kate took the first official portrait of Princess Charlotte and even shared images of Prince George during his first day of nursery school. She’s also the first member to receive the accolade without having previously won one of the society’s awards, so it’s no surprise the Duchess was reportedly pleased about the recognition.
