Kate Middleton Just Received Royal Recognition For This Surprising Talent

It’s no secret that Kate Middleton has a penchant for photography. She occasionally snaps widely published pictures of her insanely adorable children and is often spotted with her Canon EOS 5D Mark II. Now the Duchess of Cambridge has received the seal of approval from the Royal Photographic Society itself, commending her with an honorary lifetime membership for her “talent and enthusiasm.” Breaking from tradition, Kate took the first official portrait of Princess Charlotte and even shared images of Prince George during his first day of nursery school. She’s also the first member to receive the accolade without having previously won one of the society’s awards, so it’s no surprise the Duchess was reportedly pleased about the recognition. Congratulations, Kate—and please keep the Charlotte and George pics coming.
