A 2-Minute Hairstyle That Makes Mornings Easier

by Stephanie Montes

There’s nothing worse than missing your morning wake-up call only to realize your hair needs to be washed, and you only have a few minutes to get yourself together and out the door. Luckily, a hairstyle inspired by Joan Smalls’ look at Chanel’s Tribeca Film Festival Dinner can be achieved while wet and only takes a few minutes. Still worried about frizz? We have some products for that too.

Too Easy

Don't Frizz Out

Towel-dry wet hair and apply an anti-frizz cream from roots to tips in a scrunching motion to give hair volume and texture.

Get Some Braids

Create a center part and smooth hair down with a boar brush. Grab a small section at the hairline (above the ears) and braid or twist. Repeat on the opposite side and connect both at the back of your hair. Secure with a tiny elastic.

Seal The Deal

Spray the top of your hair to keep it in place and prevent flyaways. Lastly, seal in your anti-frizz cream with a spritz on the ends and scrunch one last time.
