It seems as if every day there’s a new drastic celebrity hair color, cut or style change, and the latest starlet to switch things up is Emma Watson. Prior to her new ‘do, Emma was spotted rocking honey blonde locks loaded with brown lowlights for solid contrast. She stepped out in New York last night and debuted a much darker, richer shade of brown with no hint of blonde in sight.

Emma’s been brunette before, but we’ve grown accustomed to her much lighter mane over the last year, so the change is definitely surprising. No matter her impetus for the switch-up, we do love this darker shade as it feels fresh for the holiday season. She's definitely the latest celebrity to inspire us to go darker.
