Cindy Crawford Proves Aging Isn’t So Bad

Cindy Crawford is undoubtedly one of the most gorgeous women on the planet. After years of dominating the modeling industry, she’s moved on to having her own skincare line and handing over the spotlight to her model daughter Kaia Gerber. At 51 years old, Cindy recently shared her refreshing perspective on aging in a world that’s obsessed with preventing it.

While opening up about her everyday routine and her view on wellness, Cindy also explained that she’s fully accepted that things are no longer the way they were when she was 25 years old. She went on to say how apologetic she can feel at times when she’s on a job and isn’t able to deliver the way she used to in her 20s simply because everything changes as you get older—and that’s totally okay. According to Cindy, it’s important to look at other women without picking them apart and stop being so critical of both each other and ourselves. With so many antiaging fads, we totally understand this. It’s easy (and natural) to freak out over fine lines and wrinkles, but it’s important to accept that aging is a fact of life. Rather than being so critical of ourselves, we can focus on the features that we’ve already grown to love. Preach, Cindy.
