Yara Shahidi proves once again that she's a style star on the rise. While in New York City promoting the upcoming third season of Freeform's Grown-ish, the actress and activist was snapped wearing several chic monochromatic outfits that'll no doubt inspire you try a few of these no-fail looks for yourself.
This week alone, the actress and her stylist Jason Bolden served up more than four head-to-toe, tonal looks. And while they all had being monochromatic in common, each outfit offered its own color-palette and unique vibe that Shahidi wore effortlessly. From a blush-pink, vegan-leather ensemble to a sporty trouser look from Beyoncé’s not-yet-launched (but, highly anticipated) Ivy Park x Adidas collaboration — Shahidi's looks were swoon-worthy.
Though you may not be able to get your hands on the specific pieces Shahidi was sporting, you can still create your own picture-perfect monochomatic outfits. In fact, you may find that putting together a one-tone look will make getting dressed in the morning a whole lot easier. Just think, you won't have to worry about which top color goes with which bottom shade; instead, you can just pull pieces in the same color family together and you're good to go.

For Yahoo's BUILD series, Shahidi sported a head-to-toe burgundy look from Beyoncé’s inaugural Ivy Park x Adidas collaboration. One of the first to try out this highly-anticipated collab, she looked sporty-chic; matched up the eye-catching top and wide-leg, belted trouser with a pair of nude Brian Atwood pumps and big gold hoop earrings.

For her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Shahidi found the balance between polished and edgy. The actress wore an Off-White gray structured blazer with a matching fitted pencil skirt. She completed the outfit with a sleek set of cut-out detailed boots.

Shahidi was photographed outside of the Good Morning America studio looking radiant in neutral-hued outfit. For this appearance, the star went with a utlitarian-style top with a tie that matched her long, high-waisted shorts and midi-length topper. She embraced the knee-high boot trend with a sandy colored style that protected her legs from the NYC chill.
