If summer had an official sneaker, Common Projects' Original Achilles would be it. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Martha Hunt, Jenna Dewan, and Olivia Culpo have all had their moment with this sporty sneaker and Miranda Kerr has, too. Now, it's about time you get on board with the wear-anywhere shoe.

These classic lace-ups are the most basic of basic white sneakers out there. That's what makes them so versatile. Whether paired with Jenna Dewan's bohemian skirts or Alessandra Ambrosio's edgy leather jackets, they always seem to work.

You could call them the luxe version of Keds, with that same rubber sole and streamlined silhouette, except they're made of Italian leather instead of canvas. They're so timeless and sturdy that the fashion crowd has sworn by them for years — and none more than Miranda Kerr.

The model was one of the first on Common Projects' bandwagon three years ago, debuting these elevated trainers with a longline blazer at the grocery store. Since, she's paired them with summer dresses, winter coats, jeans and t-shirts, and more.

After withstanding two of her pregnancies, the sneakers are still a mainstay in Kerr's closet today. She wore them yet again to a reception for France's National Day in Beverly Hills on Sun.

The look was classic Kerr: a sweet summery mini dress with a denim jacket (her go-to layer) draped casually over her shoulders. The model incorporated the fiery red of France's flag into her bold lip and cradled her bourgeoning bump in photos with husband Evan Spiegel.

The sneaks must be a dream to walk around in, considering she sports them almost exclusively throughout her pregnancies. She, Ambrosio, and Kate Upton have all worn them to the airport, too, if that tells you anything about how wildly comfortable they are.

While they might be $400, any of these trend-forward girls would tell you they're worth the splurge. Now, go ahead and give these shoes a place in your summer wardrobe.
