If you thought coordinating your outfit to your significant others' attire would be cheesy, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are here to prove it can be super chic. The couple is back on, and that means double the style power. Sporting two different harmonious outfits over the weekend, the fashion-forward couple will convince you to give complementing outfits a try for your next date night.
The duo was photographed while out in New York City celebrating Hadid's mom, Yolanda Hadid's, birthday. Walking arm in arm, the couple wore laidback looks that played nicely off one another. Hadid was dressed in a mint-green, slouchy suit-set with a white turtleneck underneath and white sneakers. She accessorized with a gold clutch and layered gold necklaces.
Meanwhile, Malik brought the pastel hue into his look with a multi-colored, patchwork jacket from one of the most talked about up-and-coming labels right now: Bode. He matched up the eye-catching piece with blue light-wash ripped jeans, a white tee, and sneakers.
The pair didn't stop there though, and coordinated the following night, too, while celebrating Malik's 27th birthday in NYC. However, this time they opted for sleek black ensembles. For the occasion, Hadid stepped out in a long duster coat, a sporty black tank, and a striped trouser that she styled with a pointy-toe boot. The model finished off her casual-chic look with a set of hoop earrings, layered necklaces, and a glistening, sparkly mini-top handle bag.
As for Malik, he went cool and casual, and yet again, turned to Bode for his outerwear. The singer styled the brand's burgundy, striped cotton jacket over a black T-shirt with jeans and Converse sneakers for dinner with Hadid.
Not only does the couple make a convincing case for coordinated couple's outfits, but their looks also serve as a guide for how to do a relaxed yet stylish date-night look. This should really come as no surprise though, as they've continued to be one of the most stylish celeb pairings in recent years. Now, you'll just have to wait and see what other sartorial moments they have in store for the rest of 2020.
