AYR Makes A Move Toward More Inclusive Sizing With Its Brand-New One Love Collection

It has been — and will certainly continue to be — an ongoing effort to get designers to consider and create more inclusive sizing. Slowly but surely, more brands are recognizing that a "one size fits all" mentality simply won't cut it. And now one label is taking a step forward to increase its offerings to a wider range of women than it previously served. AYR's One Love Collection, a capsule of some of the brand's best-selling pieces in extended sizes, has arrived to make confident, classic dressing more accessible.

AYR, a brand of quality-made basics meant to be worn "All Year Round" (get the name now?), officially launched its One Love Collection on Feb. 14. A capsule fittingly named for a Valentine's Day launch, it's in fact an expansion on AYR's first foray into extended sizing, the Onelove jean which launched in early 2018. Now, the brand has developed several more of its best-selling products in extended sizes, to continue its mission to serve up confidence-inspiring styles to even more women.

The new collection, now available on AYR's site, features sizes 14 through 24 in bottoms and 1x to3x in tops & dresses, and ranges in price from $145 up to $595. It includes two denim options priced at $195 each — one of which is the Onelove style that started it all, the other a black ankle-cropped straight-legged pair called the Dynamite. Both styles are endlessly versatile, making them go-to's for everything from date night, to meetings, to days of running errands.

Classic, wear-with-anything blouses also feature in the collection, along with a breezy, feminine shirtdress and a timeless camel coat. Snag the Burst 2.0 top, $145, and the Sunset dress, $325, for effortless weekend wear, or opt for the silk polka-dotted Por Favor blouse, $245, and the Robe coat, $595, to serve as foundations for a top-notch work-to-play wardrobe.

And considering AYR sought counsel from a specifically-assembled group of editors, influencers, fit models, and friends to carefully formulate the perfect fit for this extended-size collection, the brand feels strongly that you'll find the same level of quality, style, and comfort that's seen in the rest of its offerings.
