The actress, model, girl-about-town and former Miss Universe essentially epitomizes #goals, and we love her healthy approach to life. If you don’t follow the beauty queen on Instagram, you might not know about her penchant for creating the most delicious, nutritious, picture-perfect smoothies—until now: To kick off the new year right, we asked Olivia to share some of her favorite recipes. Get your blenders ready—you’re going to want to try all of these.

The Zoe Report Exclusive: Oatmeal Chocolate-Chip Protein Shake

Smoothie:

1.5 cup milk of choice Ice Salt 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein Stevia 1/4 tsp maple extract 1/3 cup oats Carob or dark chocolate chips (optional) A pinch of xanthum gum to make it fluffier (optional)

Cookie:

1 1/4 cup quick oats 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 cup melted coconut oil 3/4 cup dark brown sugar or stevia 1 large egg 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened is fine) 3.5 oz semi-sweet 60% chocolate, coarsely chopped (Olivia uses one Ghiradelli chocolate bar) 2 teaspoons almond milk (or regular, soy, coconut)

Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes.

Healthy Protein Pumpkin Pie Shake

1/2 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 2 tbs ground graham cracker (or 2 graham crackers) 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/8 tsp vanilla extract Liquid stevia or regular stevia to taste Ice cubes

Healthy Almond Joy Smoothie

Smoothie:

1.5 cup coconut milk 5 ice cubes 1/2 frozen banana 3 dates 2-3 drops liquid stevia 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa 2 tbs almond butter 2 tbs unsweetened shredded coconut 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Protein powder (optional)

Topping (optional): Chocolate "syrup": Combine coconut oil and unsweetened cocoa powder and heat on stove Shredded coconut Sliced almonds Coconut whipped cream

Berry & Cherry Protein Smoothie

2 tsp fresh ginger 1/4 cup cherries 1 cup fresh raspberries 1 tsp ground flaxseed 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 cup ice 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tbs honey

Healthy Mint Cacao Chip Smoothie

Cacao portion: 1 frozen banana One scoop chocolate plant protein (optional) 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 pitted date 2 spoonfuls raw cacao

Mint portion: 2.5 cups spinach 3/4 cup coconut water 1 pitted date (or 1/2 if you prefer less sweet) Small handful of mint

Chocolate Coconut Protein Sundae

1 frozen banana 1/4 avocado 1/2 cup coconut water 1 scoop chocolate whey protein (optional) 1 tsp honey Ice Coconut oil and unsweetened cocoa powder to drizzle on top
