Just a year after purchasing her luxurious Los Angeles penthouse, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star sold the property for its asking price of nearly $5 million—all to live closer to her supermodel children, Gigi, Bella and Anwar, in New York City.

Located in the Westwood neighborhood, the 3,950-square-foot Carlyle Residences condo that she sold features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows to complement the breathtaking ocean views. The chef's kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops, and a suite on the second floor can be used as a private office or guest room. The complex includes valet parking, an outdoor pool, a gym and a wine cellar for tenants.
