thinly sliced radish thinly sliced cucumber salt and pepper .5 oz lemon juice 1.5 oz Ketel One Citroen .5 oz St. Germain 1 sprig tarragon 1 sprig of chervil .5 oz of 7 UP lemon infused olive oil
Muddle a few pieces of radish and cucumber with a pinch of salt and pepper in a shaker. Add ice to the shaker and pour in .5 oz lemon juice, 1.5 oz Ketel One Citroen, .5 oz St. Germain, and shake. Add one sprig of tarragon, one sprig of chervil, and .5 oz 7UP and shake again very gently. Pour entire contents of shaker into a collins glass and garnish with a few drops of lemon infused olive oil
Make It A Mocktail:
Chris Tunstall, Wayfare Tavern’s bartender and the creator of the Urban Garden, suggests substituting celery soda for the Ketel One Citroen and St. Germain to make this cocktail a ‘mocktail.’
