How To Pack For A Weekend Wedding

It’s almost wedding season, meaning you’ve booked quick weekend trips for the ceremony. Since you’ll be in and out, everything (ideally) should fit in a carry-on without struggle. This requires packing a limited amount of clothes and accessories. We know that probably sends you into a panic, but we’ve found easy, chic pieces—ten to be exact—you can interchangeably wear each day for three different looks. Read on for our tips on efficient (and stylish) packing here.

Packing Smart

Traveling

Let's start with the outfit you'll be traveling in. Whether you're flying, hopping on a train or driving, you want to feel comfortable, but still put-together. We suggest a lightweight cashmere sweater to wear with a reliable pair of skinny jeans. Throw on sneakers, a dainty necklace and a roomy cross-body bag to store your essentials.

Rehearsal Dinner

For the rehearsal dinner take the denim you donned while traveling, and elevate it with a dressy blouse like this chic striped bow number. Accessorize with a metallic loop handle mini bag and strappy white mules. Keep the delicate chain necklace on.

Wedding

A gorgeous midi dress is the way to go for the ceremony. We adore this floral belted design that's flattering on any body type. Sport the same white heels and clutch. Swap out the necklace for dangly earrings.
