The Most Memorable Looks From Harper’s Bazaar’s 150 Most Fashionable Women
Last night West Hollywood’s Sunset Tower Hotel became one of many destinations for Harper’s Bazaar to celebrate its 150 years in the business. One of the foremost fashion mags, Harper’s plans to keep the party going throughout the year (hey, they’ve earned it), but during last night’s fete the focus was firmly on 150 women whose style was deemed most influential by editors. With the help of co-hosts Tumi, Hearts on Fire, American Express, and La Perla, the fashion bible gathered the likes of Kendall Jenner, Ciara, and Miranda Kerr among many others who are as fearless with the looks they chose for strutting down red carpets as they are casually strolling city streets. While the soiree saw the majority of stars wearing black, it was anything but basic: a see-through lace slip and beautifully draped velvet gown were among the nuances of the classic color. Other famous faces chose champagne sequins, sleek suits, and stripes of colors. Below, see the ladies we thought made the most impact at last night’s bash, from models (Alessandra Ambrosio, Ireland Baldwin) to our tomboy-cool girl crush (Alia Shawkat).
