Why February Is Rachel Zoe’s Most Fabulous Month

February is always one of Rachel Zoe’s busiest months thanks to fashion, fashion and more fashion! Our chic EIC is busy preparing her fall ready-to-wear presentation, attending some of her favorite designers’ fashion shows, finding time to celebrate Valentine’s Day with her family and celebrating her 17th wedding anniversary to her husband (and Zoe Media Group prez) Rodger. Whew. Now that’s a month. Thankfully after the fashion marathon is over, Rachel will pack up her caftans and head on a much-deserved vacation to a tropical beach destination. Until then, it’s go time.

Fashion Week

Rachel in fittings at New York Fashion Week.

"Leading up to my presentation February 17, I will be in back-to-back fittings working on the collection, casting models, testing hair and makeup and running all over Manhattan going to my friend's fashion shows—most likely in a blizzard which makes getting around in my go-to platform, over-the-knee boots a challenge. It's so exciting and exhausting. Fashion week is the definition of 24/7."

Wedding Anniversary

"Rodger and I will be celebrating 17 years together this month—we always sneak away to our favorite Italian restaurant, Babbo, for a romantic dinner in the midst of Fashion Week chaos."

"I love awards season—it's the most glamorous time of year. I'll be watching the red carpet and picking my favorite looks, so stay tuned for TZR's coverage of my thoughts on who is best dressed."

Valentine's Day

Rodger always gets my favorite flowers: Peeled back roses from Eric Buterbaugh.

"I always spend Valentine's Day with my boys and my whole family. We all go to a cozy dinner at NYC favorite, The Waverly Inn."

Chilling Out

Rachel and Skyler in St. Bart's.

"We haven't taken a real vacation in two-and-a-half years, so after Fashion Week we're going to jet-set to St. Bart's or Hawaii and lay on a beach and do absolutely nothing."
