Reese Witherspoon Accepted An Award For Big Little Lies In A Dress Her Character Would Love
Our obsession with Big Little Lies is well documented (see here, here and here for a few examples of how it’s infiltrated our lives), so last night when the show picked up a Television Critics Association Award for Outstanding Achievement in Movies, Miniseries and Specials, to say we were psyched was an understatement. What made the honor extra special was seeing Reese Witherspoon accept the award in a stunning Antonio Berardi dress we’re pretty sure her character Madeline would totally approve of. The figure-flattering LBD had enough embellishments to keep it feeling a little fancy, but it’s also completely classic—a style Reese always seems to appreciate. Mandy Moore, Elizabeth Moss and Yvonne Strahovski also got to accept honors for their shows, This Is Us and A Handmaid’s Tale, and we couldn’t help but admire their dresses as well.
