Dreaming Of Living In Marilyn Monroe’s House? Now You Can

by Allie Flinn

If you’re in the market for a new home—and have a budget of $6.9 million—now is your chance to live in a piece of Old Hollywood history. The last home in which Marilyn Monroe lived, a beautiful, hacienda-style house tucked away in Brentwood, is officially for sale. She moved into the home in 1962, and was reportedly in love with its romantic, serene vibe. It was also in here where she tragically died of an apparent overdose.

The property has transferred owners several times since her death, and several changes have been made to the overall structure (including the addition of a fourth bedroom). Nevertheless, it’s easy to see from the listing that it’s retained the charm that drew the movie star to the property in the first place.
