Eva Mendes Nailed Her Date Night Look During A Rare Public Sighting With Ryan Gosling

It’s almost as if elusive couple Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling knew we were just lamenting their lack of public sightings after recently catching our very first glimpse of the actress/model/businesswoman with their adorable daughter, Esmerelda, because last night, after hosting SNL, everyone’s second-favorite Canadian (our fave being Justin Trudeau, obviously) made it clear he and his lady are as in love as ever. After the Blade Runner 2049 actor finished his gig—and, yes, there was a La La Land–inspired moment—he and Mendes headed into an after-party hand in hand, and Ryan’s love of six years was perfectly dressed for date night. Eva wore a silky, pajama-inspired blouse and pants in a cool geometric pattern, which she paired with black platform heels, her signature smoky eye and some relaxed waves. We literally dream of looking so chic. Here’s hoping this is the beginning of a lot more cute couple sightings of these two—even if we’ll never stop crushing on Ryan.
