Buzznet conducted the poll, and Queen Bey nabbed the top spot. There’s no denying it: Aside from her talent and class, she’s downright gorgeous and has a heart of gold. She may keep most of her life private, but when she’s seen in public it’s never without glowing skin and a radiant smile.
