Quickly becoming a standout among retailers and street style mavens alike, shoes that look stepped on (a riff on the babouche, a Moroccan slipper) are taking the footwear scene by storm. What would seemingly imply an ill-fitting size (or a girl in a hurry), pushed-down backs are popping up on shoes of all kinds, from slip-on loafers to pointy-toe flats.
