When it comes to Urban Decay's many famous makeup launches — like its Naked palettes, or Eyeshadow Primer Potion — the All Nighter Setting Spray stands the test of time. Close to a decade old (!), the setting spray has accumulated a cult fanbase that show up in droves (like on Sephora's website, where the product has more than 6,600 perfect reviews). Nevertheless, the brand is continuing to grow the product family well into 2020; and Urban Decay's new All Nighter Face Primer may be one of the most exciting additions to the collection so far.
Available on the brand's website as of Dec. 26, the $36 All Nighter primer is the ultimate companion product to the original setting spray. Similar to how a spritz of the OG All Nighter locks your makeup routine in place, layering on the primer adds another round of security; this time, from the inside out. According to Urban Decay's website, the primer's long-wear prowess works for up to 8 hours.
Beyond being worthy of the All Nighter title, the new primer also boasts a soft and sheer finish that just so happens to diminish pores and fine lines (so any complexion products put on top are even more seamless). At the same time, the primer is still cruelty-free and vegan, like other Urban Decay products.
A hint of hydration is included in the primer, as well. Its ingredient list includes sodium hyaluronate, a form of hyaluronic acid — which you may know as the skincare superhero famous for attracting and holding 1,000 times its weight in water (aka the moisture your skin may be longing for).
To find your own tube of the primer, shop it online now by visiting the brand's website — or clicking over to stockists such as Sephora, Macy's, and Nordstrom. Fortunately, those who prefer to swatch before they buy won't have to wait long to experience the primer in-store, either; you can grab it at brick-and-mortar Sephora stores starting Jan. 5, as well as at Macy's, Nordstrom, and other retailers.
