This Comfy New Intimates Collection Makes It So Easy To Ditch Restrictive Bras For Good
If you're one of the many people who overhauled their closets after watching Marie Kondo's show on Netflix this year, all the open area you now have in your drawers is finally about to come in handy. Why? Because the True&Co. True Weekend Cotton Collection just dropped, and it's worthy of all that empty space in your dresser. And if you were one of the few who skipped the organization this year... well, let's just say this new range is likely to motivate you to start replacing those bras buried in the back for fresh new styles you'll *actually* want to wear.
Your undergarments are the foundation of your wardrobe — and your day, for that matter. Unfortunately, though, they're not always that comfortable to wear. If your current styles aren't quite cutting it, you'll definitely want to take a peek at True&Co.'s latest release.
The launch of the True Weekend Cotton Collection is the brand's first foray into using a cotton stretch fabric. And true to its name, the four styles within the brand's latest drop are designed to allow you to have those relaxing Saturday and Sunday vibes all week long. The range includes two bralettes and two bottom styles, all undergarments that are easy pieces to wear, and never sacrifice comfort for a supportive fit.
To take this launch one step further, the brand also partnered with the founding women of GrlSwrl, a community of ladies working to bring femininity and inclusivity into the male-dominated skate scene, to model the collection and show just how much it celebrates having a bra that fits your lifestyle.
If you're in the market for new bras that put your comfort over everything else, start by taking a peek at the racer-back bralette, $32. This full-coverage, scoop-neck style will give you the support you need without all the wires and clasps. As for a low-cut style? Grab the triangle bralette, $32, for days you wear a deep v-neckline or a button-down. Plus, you can achieve your ideal fit with the adjustable and convertible straps.
Pair up your new bralettes with a few bottoms while you're at it. Shop the cotton stretch thongs, and for more coverage, opt for the bikini bottom; both styles are available for $16 each, or you can buy three for $33. And, like all the pieces in the collection, they're available in black, white, heather gray, and a navy stripe, so you can scoop up styles in a couple of colors.
