This Gabriela Hearst Capsule Is Loaded With Timeless Wardrobe Staples

Arriving just in time for fall shopping, the exclusive collection was unveiled on Sept. 25 and includes a lineup of refined pieces you'll turn to for years to come.

The award winning designer was chosen by the luxury fashion retailer to be its 15th Mytheresa Woman, and in the campaign video Hearst speaks about her design aesthetic, describes who the Gabriela Hearst woman is, and shares her views on the importance of sustainable practices. Additionally, Hearst created an exclusive 18-piece collection for the shopping destination, which features a range of luxurious pieces that brings everything she says in the campaign to life.

From stylishly understated knits and dresses to elevated smoking suits and timeless outerwear, Hearst's collection is filled with pieces that'll undoubtable become staples in your wardrobe. On top of that, there's a charity component to the capsule, so your new purchases will also be supporting a great cause. Mytheresa and Gabriela Hearst will each be donating 10 percent of the proceeds from the sales of the exclusive capsule collection to Save the Children.

"I wanted to make sure we were producing a collection that was meaningful, inspiring, and beautiful at the same time," said Hearst in a press release. "As a board member of Save the Children, my mind went straight to Eglantyne Jebb, its visionary and founder, as we are celebrating the 100th anniversary of Save the Children. The colors of the collection came from the iconic logo of Save the Children."

The bold red of the logo is featured prominently within the capsule on pieces such as the $1,450 wool, silk, and linen "Sophie" blazer as well as the "Norah" cotton midi dress, $2,700. The eye-catching hue can also be found mixed in with other shades, as seen in this black and white printed, wool-blend midi dress for $1,550. Meanwhile, the vibrant red brings a pop of contrasting color to the $1,295 camel, wool-blend "Nancy" wrap jacket — a polished piece you'll want to throw on all season long.

Other standouts from the collection include a long, houndstooth wool-blend trench coat, $3,700, and the $1,990 "Nutter" wool and silk navy blazer with lapels that wrap and tie around the front. Pair up the unique blazer silhouette with the matching "Vargas" wool and silk wide-leg pants, $1,250, for an effortless, elegant look that can be dressed up or down with a change of shoe.
