Emma Roberts Just Wore The Perfect Weekend Outfit
Emma Roberts' style is the epitome of retro. She always looks like she just stepped out of another decade — or at least the nearest vintage boutique — and her latest outfit is yet another case in point. The pink cardigan Emma Roberts just wore looks like it came from your grandmother's closet (in the best possible way).
After spending a few days in frigid Park City, Utah, for the Sundance Film Festival, the Scream Queens actor took full advantage of her day off in sunny Los Angeles on Weds., starting with a hike alongside pal Kristen Stewart, followed by a lunch date in the hipster Los Feliz neighborhood. Despite how warm the city may look, there's still a slight Jan. chill in the air, but Roberts battled it with the warm and fluffy sweater that you're going to want immediately.
Channeling her usual throwback vibes, the actor sported an oversized cardigan in hot pink with a pair of old-school cat-eye sunglasses with pink frames. The mohair cardi is included in Tory Burch's Pre-Fall 2019 collection. Its loose and boxy fit makes it look so comfortable, while its contrasting pale-pink swirl design and white porcelain buttons give the feminine top extra flair.
The designer's Pre-Fall lineup, according to Vogue, was designed with the late Georgia O'Keeffe's artwork in mind (hence this cardigan's vivid, swirly design). The artist's influence is demonstrated through desert florals (a nod to her New Mexico home), Southwestern cow print, and uber-feminine elements like embroidery and lace.
Roberts wore her bright and cheery sweater with a simple pair of jeans tucked into chunky black-and-beige combat boots, adding a bit of edge to the look. While the Tory Burch model's outfit was styled over a clashing dress, the actor wore hers buttoned all the way up like a stand-alone top.
