A new collection has arrived in Dr. Jart+'s storied skincare line. Known best for its face masks, BB creams, and targeted collections, the K-beauty brand revealed its latest addition online at the end of December: the new Dr. Jart+ Teatreement collection. Similar to the now-famous Cicapair or Ceramidin collections, the Teatreement products take a unique approach to targeting a specific part of skin care; this time, zeroing in on spot-treating acne without negatively affecting blemish-free skin.

"Think of Teatreement as the friendlier version of benzoyl peroxide," the brand noted in the Instagram post debuting the Teatreement collection — adding that the formula combines tea tree with Dr. Jart+'s "Spot Targeting Technology" to assist clearing acne and balancing your skin's pH level (ideally around 5.5). The brand outlined why pH is a skincare factor on its IG account, too: "A shift in the normal pH leads to barrier dysfunction and predisposes skin to infections like acne," Dr. Jart+ clarified in a caption.

With that in mind, there isn't one set way to add the brand's new acne collection to your skincare routine. You have three options, which all hover around the same price point: the $28 Teatreement Cleansing Foam, $30 Teatreement Toner, and $32 Teatreement Moisturizer. Which one you choose is up to you; however, each one is formulated to be gentle enough for use on irritated or imbalanced skin, whether it be oily, blemish-prone, or a combination of multiple types.

This is expertly illustrated by the Teatreement Cleansing Foam. As any beauty fan can tell you, it's easy to accidentally overdo it with cleanser — effectively stripping your skin of vital, naturally produced oils (which yes, are a good thing). Although it uses salicylic acid and the tea tree-heavy Teatreement Solution blend, the cleanser itself relies on the mild, coconut-derived surfactant Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate to lather up your skin, amongst others.

You can explore all three recently released Teatreement products by visiting the brand's website or stopping by Sephora; the collection arrived in-store Jan. 3. Below, Dr. Jart+'s new Teatreement Cleansing Foam, Teatreement Toner, and Teatreement Moisturizer.
