Walsh sets herself up for success with a daily routine kick-started by caffeine and the outdoors. “I start every day by making myself a pour-over coffee, which I then enjoy at home before taking a walk to nearby Elysian Park for a hike,” Walsh says. “I feel like that combination of a mindful practice and getting out in nature gets me feeling great and ready for the day.”
