To rev up our workout plan for fall we enlisted one of LA’s hottest trainers, Simone De La Rue of Body by Simone, to put us through a post-summer boot camp—and do it in style with fashion-forward athletic wear from Carbon38. For A Dance-Cardio Workout

Opt for layers that can be removed as the intensity of the class builds. A draped, neoprene jacket can be worn open or closed with a sports bra or fitted tank underneath. Keep cool with a pair of drawstring bottoms—swap out your old running shorts in favor of a sleek, fashion-forward upgrade on the style.
