This Is Chrissy Teigen’s Go-To Hangover Food

Remember when one of our editors tried to cook like Chrissy Teigen, with disastrous results? Well, it looks like Chrissy herself isn’t exactly helming her own kitchen, which makes us feel a lot better about our cooking skills. In a recent interview with Refinery29, the outspoken model revealed that her mom cooks her branzino (roasted sea bass) every single night. “I swear to god, if you watch my Snapchat, she brings it to me every single night,” Chrissy told R29. “I have one whole fish every night, covered in garlic and olive oil, stuffed with lemons and rosemary. And I eat it every single night. So I go, ‘Mom! Guess what time it is?’ And she gets all sad and she goes: ‘Fish timeeee.’ Cuz she knows she has to finely mince the garlic, which takes forever.”

While we can’t exactly relate to this unexpected, envy-inducing detail, we are definitely finding the rest of what she revealed familiar. She loves Taco Bell and Chick-Fil-A, for example, and her go-to hangover foods are ramen and pho. “Pho is like an amazing hangover cure and then ramen for like that milky Tonkotsu very porky broth,” she said, and we couldn’t agree more. Our favorite tidbit from the whole article, however, is her take on one of our all-time favorite foods. “A pizza is whatever you want it to be. That’s the best part of pizza.” Amen, Chrissy. Amen.
