A pioneer of the revenge body, Khloé Kardashian has become a source of fit-spiration for us, proving that diet and exercise can most definitely get you healthy inside and out. But even the reality star has had her fair share of trouble resisting certain meals along the way—especially when it comes to fast food. (Seriously, who hasn’t?)
“Even though clean eating is my MO, sometimes I find myself in situations where there just isn’t an avocado smoothie or quinoa salad on the menu,” she writes on her site. “When your only options are the Golden Arches or Colonel Sanders, you don’t have to throw your whole diet out the window!”
Khloé reveals her go-to orders at some of the country’s top fast-food chains: At McDonald’s, she opts for the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich, which comes in at 360 calories, skipping the fries and soda. At Chipotle, it’s a salad bowl without the cheese and sour cream, but she does go for the extra guac. KFC allows her a couple sides (sweet kernel corn and green beans) to go with a grilled chicken breast. And at Taco Bell, she chooses two chicken soft tacos from the Fresco menu, which add up to only 310 calories.
Moral of the story: Go for foods that are high in protein, and don’t skimp on the veggies—but (sadly) ditch the fries. There’s a reason this Kardashian is #bodygoals.
