Healthy Smoothie Recipe: Get Candice Swanepoel’s Pre-Show Glow
Victoria’s Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel knows a thing or two about looking good in her underwear, so we asked her to share her favorite DIY smoothie to keep us on the straight and narrow this festive season. Even if you’re not motivated by having to strut in front of millions in your skivvies, this recipe is surprisingly easy (and delish). Balancing a giant pair of wings? Not so much. We’re going to leave that one to the pros. Here, her go-to smoothie:
“This smoothie is great for your skin and helps retain muscle after a workout!” Ingredients: 1 small package blueberries 6 large strawberries 1/2 cup milk 1 scoop whey protein powder 1/2 tsp Maca powder 1 scoop collagen powder 1/2 cup water Ice
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender, top with a handful of ice, blend then drink.
