It’s been nearly eight months since you made your New Year’s resolutions, and you have yet to cross even a measly one off the list. But that doesn’t mean you can’t start working toward a better you right now. Although we know you’re pretty awesome, a lot of folks—including us!—share these common negative habits, and if you’re ready for a change, the simple act of breaking them can go a long way. Unsurprisingly, some will turn out to be fairly easy to nix (think sitting for long periods of time) while others (like using your phone before bed or excessive drinking) might take months or even years.
