Recipe & Directions:

-.2 oz House Made Vin de Noix -.75 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth -.5 oz Cynar -9 drops House Made Tobacco Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass stirring briefly to incorporate. Then add 1 large chunk ice and stir to proper dilution and temperature. Garnish with a lemon peel, expressed and inserted.
